Easter Celebrations and RE Theme Morning
We had a lovely start to the week attending St Peter's for our Easter service. Our Spiritual Ambassadors and a couple of the Year 1 children shared the Easter story, poems and prayers to all the families that attended.  It was also a time to reflect on the happy and sad times within the story.

On Tuesday we had our RE theme morning where the children looked at different pictures of Jesus from around the world. They were then asked who Jesus was to them where they drew pictures and wrote their thoughts. These are some of the quotes from Nursery:

Teddy-"I think Jesus plays the drums and does handstands. I think he is happy and kind".
Hudson- "Jesus is nice and kind and helps people when they hurt themselves and bleed. He helps people try again".
Alexander- "He has a cardigan and is very beautiful. I want to say thank you for looking after us".
Olive- "She walks everywhere and is kind to me".
We finished our week with an Easter Egg hunt where the children had to work out the Easter message to claim their egg.

My After School Art Club- Message and Art Gallery

Our ‘London calling’ art project has come to an end. London from the children’s perspective looks fantastic :) Please find here the  Victoria Art Gallery of the children's artworks.

I wish you a lovely Easter and we are back on 23rd of April.

School Uniform
Please make time over the Easter holidays to check that all school uniform is named. This makes it easier for us to reunite the uniform to your child. With warmer weather coming, the children are often taking their jumpers/cardigans off and at times items get left around the school.
